With Finals Week right around the corner, there are a few things you can do now to prepare and reduce stress. Namely, create a Finals Survival Kit with the help from a few tips below to make sure that you are prepared to ace all of your exams!
When the hunger strikes, you want to make sure that you are prepared- avoid being hungry at all costs. Some healthy options for when your stomach starts to growl include fresh fruit, homemade trail mix or nuts, granola bars, and granola bars.
Everyone deserves a sweet treat to help them power through hours of readings and studying, and a small amount of dark chocolate fits the bill perfectly. Plus, dark chocolate has been shown to improve your cognitive ability, so it is a win-win situation.
Every minute is precious study time during Finals Week, so do not waste any by forgetting your charger and having to go all the way back to your dorm room or apartment to retrieve it! In the case that you accidentally leave it on your desk, most libraries should have extra laptop and phone chargers that you can borrow, so do not be afraid to ask.

Caffeine may become your best friend for the next couple of weeks, proving its true loyalty to you in the early morning hours, but it is also important to remember to stay hydrated with some good ol’ H2O.
We all know through experience how uncomfortable it can be to sit in the library for 8 hours straight, so why not make this experience a little more pleasant by wearing comfortable clothing and sweats? Do not forget to bring a sweatshirt because it can get quite chilly in the libraries sometimes.
