2 peaches, sliced
2 nectarines, sliced
2 apricots, quartered
1 container Siggi’s peach yogurt
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp toasted almonds
mint for garnish
Combine fruit, yogurt, and lemon juice in a blender or food processor. Process until smooth. Refrigerate until chilled. Top with toasted almonds and mint.
