Friends and families often celebrate the remaining days of summer by grilling burgers, dogs, and corn on the cob. But after eating this spread for Memorial Day, 4th of July, and weekend BBQs, it might be time to spice up your choices. So why not try one of these four meat alternatives? They’re tasty, filling, and sure to be a hit with vegetarians and carnivores alike!Grilled tofu

    Tofu tastes best in a delicious marinade. Before lighting up the grill, prepare extra firm tofu with soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger, and garlic.Fire Up the Grill!
